      However, an ambiguity does not arise simply because the parties =

      conflicting interpretations of the contract. =
<I>&nbsp;Id</I>.&nbsp; Our=20

      exceeding $4 million and that FedGess would pay the legal fees =

      with a $4 million award.&nbsp; The agreements do not become =
ambiguous=20
      simply because MNC was suppose to hire Montague and the parties =
did not=20

      reasonable interpretations of the agreements sufficient to render =

      ambiguous.&nbsp; We therefore hold&nbsp; that the agreements are =
