On May 1, 2007,=20 relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. = See=20 Tex. = Gov=3Dt=20 Code Ann.=20 ' 22.221 (Vernon = 2004); see=20 also Tex. R. App. P. = 52. In the petition, relator asked this court to = compel the=20 Honorable Joseph Halbach, presiding judge of the 333rd District = Court of=20 Harris County, Texas to set aside his order granting real party in = interest=3Ds motion to compel=20 arbitration.

Relator has not established that he is = entitled to=20 mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny relator=3Ds petition for writ of mandamus. =
