      unit.&nbsp; While preparing to relet, the Durhams discovered =

      cracks in a concrete patch in the area of the floor that was =
repaired=20
      before they purchased the unit.</SPAN></P>

      responsibilities for various aspects of maintenance are divided =

      the Council and a unit owner as follows, in pertinent =
