      other things, (1) divided the marital estate disproportionately; =

      awarded <SPAN class=3DSpellE>Shama</SPAN> an <SPAN=20
      class=3DSpellE>owelty</SPAN> judgment of $632,000 to equalize the =
property=20
      division; and (3) awarded <SPAN class=3DSpellE>Shama</SPAN> =
$330,000 in=20
      actual damages against <SPAN class=3DSpellE>Wasim</SPAN> on her =
claims of=20
      assault and actual fraud against her personally.&nbsp; Because =

      class=3DSpellE>Wasim</SPAN> had filed his notice of appeal on =
March 1, 2005,=20
