      the first will also be answered.&nbsp; First, the Spoors claim =

      <I>Calcasieu Lumber Co. v. Harris</I>, 77 Tex. 18, 13 S.W. 453 =

      controls and, according to <I>Calcasieu</I>,<I> </I>rights in a =
condemned=20
      easement cannot be leased to others.&nbsp; However, they =
misinterpret=20
