      agreement as to the admissibility of certain exhibits, some of =
which=20
      contained information relating to billboard sales more than five =
years=20
      old.&nbsp; The parties stipulated that these exhibits were =
admissible, and=20
      the trial court admitted them into evidence. &nbsp;After opening=20
      statements, the trial court denied a motion by the State to set =
aside its=20
      prior agreement as to the admissibility of the exhibits relating =
to the=20
      billboard sales.&nbsp; The trial court declined to remove these =
exhibits=20
      from the trial evidence and later admitted testimony regarding the =

      billboard sales.</SPAN></P>

      relating to the two billboard sales referenced in these =
exhibits.&nbsp;=20
      The State filed a motion to set aside its agreement on grounds of =
mistake=20
      and informed the trial court that it inadvertently had agreed to =
admission=20
      of these exhibits at the pre-trial conference.&nbsp; The trial =
