      provided no basis for the remaining $3,530,622.00 in =
damages.&nbsp; And,=20
      although Madsen testified that he conducted an extensive review of =
many=20
      documents in reaching his conclusions, no exhibits were introduced =
during=20
      his testimony to support the damages calculations he =
reached.&nbsp; For=20
      example, Madsen did not identify any specific contract that was =
wrongfully=20
      diverted from IAE, he provided no evidence that any specific =
receivables=20
      of IAE were diverted, and he failed to provide any evidence that =
any money=20
      was received and deposited by Chinatech.</SPAN></P></DIV><SPAN=20
