party to the=20
      divorce proceeding.&nbsp; Therefore, Kenefick argued that the =
trial court=20
      never had jurisdiction over KCO, and requested a declaratory =
judgment that=20
      the portion of the decree pertaining to payment of the monthly =
dividend to=20
      the parties be declared null and void.&nbsp; </SPAN></P>

      October 2000, until October 2006, Kenefick caused the corporation =
to remit=20
      a $3,000 monthly dividend pursuant to the divorce decree.&nbsp; =
However,=20
      in November 2006, Kenefick stopped remitting the monthly =
dividend.&nbsp;=20
      Irwin requested that the trial court enter an order directing =
Kenefick to=20
      cause KCO to pay her the contemplated $3,000 dividend in arrears =
and=20
      prospectively.&nbsp; In his response, among other arguments, =

      asserted that the trial court could not order KCO, a non-party=20
      corporation, to pay dividends and could not order Kenefick, who =
