      dispensed a lower dosage of Prednisone than prescribed.&nbsp; =

      Brown, his ingestion of the lower dosage caused the infection to =
linger=20
      until the mistake was detected.&nbsp; Brown claimed the lingering=20
      infection caused damage to his left inner-ear, resulting in =
various=20
      adverse effects.</SPAN></P>

      reasonable person speaking with Brown would not consider him =
disfigured=20
      based on this action.&nbsp; Rather, a reasonable person speaking =

      Brown would believe he is, at most, hearing impaired. </SPAN></P>
