      January 2003, Billy Clark was shopping for ten-foot galvanized =

      this injury, the index finger of Clark=E2=80=99s right hand was =

      amputated. Clark alleges that shortly after the accident occurred =

      installed a sign warning customers to ask for help if they wanted =
