      operations manager shortly after her employment with A&amp;O had =

      Wachel had been employed by A&amp;O from 1993 until A&amp;O =
terminated her=20
      employment in 2002. A&amp;O filed suit against Wachel, alleging =
violations=20
      of a non-compete agreement signed by Wachel during her tenure with =

      A&amp;O. After the trial court determined that the non-compete =
agreement=20
      was unenforceable, A&amp;O voluntarily dismissed its suit. =
