=E2=80=9Creputation,=E2=80=9D=20
      or =E2=80=9Cfeelings.=E2=80=9D Scott does not demonstrate how the =

      of the card and flowers to King=E2=80=99s home did not amount to =

      outrageous conduct=E2=80=9D as a matter of law and that there was =
no evidence to=20
      support the jury=E2=80=99s award of damages to King for =
intentional infliction of=20
      emotional distress.</SPAN></P>

      however, that, because he and King were not opponents, King lacks =
