LOST DEED
Lost deed: TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM.CODE § 19.009 (Vernon 1997) provides one
method, which is not exclusive, for supplying a lost deed, bond, bill of sale, mortgage,
deed of trust, power of attorney, or conveyance. Id.
