Jaclanel Moore McFarland, Democrat I received my undergraduate and law degrees from Baylor University. I did graduate work at the University of Oxford. Judges should recuse themselves in any proceeding in which their impartiality might reasonably be questioned or under circumstances creating even the appearance of impropriety undermining the rule of law and the public’s confidence in our judicial system. |
